• Cold wash (40°C or 104°F). do not tumble dry.

1 - Get your favourite fitting long sleeve polo and lay it flat on a table. 
2 - Measure across the shirt just under the arm pits
3 - Double that measurement to get the all round Chest Width (B).
4 - Compare that measurement it to the sizing guide to choose your perfect fit.
