Wanna make a return? No probs! Here's how:

We hope that you love your new Balloon Dog Apparel Gear however, we understand that it can be disappointing when things aren’t quite right. If this is the case, we are committed to helping where we can to make your experience the best it can be. 

If you change your mind or the product is the wrong size...

If, when your product arrives, you don’t love it you can return the product and receive a store credit or exchange.

Please note:

  • You have 30 days to return your items if you change your mind for any reason or if you need to exchange sizes.
  • Any change of mind or sizing returns will be returned at your own cost.
  • All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Tracking number/details need to be emailed through as soon as item is sent. 
  • Insurance is recommended for returned packages of high value. 
  • It may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your parcel to either get the replacement products into production or apply the store credit to your account.
  • All returns must meet all of the conditions below:
    • Must be unworn in the same condition you received it
    • Must be unwashed (unless instructed otherwise)
    • Must be clean and free of odour
    • If returning swimwear, the hygiene seal must still be intact and attached to the garment
  • The value of your store credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.
  • Your store credit will be valid for 3 years.
  • Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be in stock at the time of processing your return. If your item is out of stock, we will process a store credit for you to use at your discretion.

*** Please note that if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your return.

If you’d like to return a faulty product...

We want to make sure that your garment is the best quality it can be. If you believe your garment is faulty, please get in touch with us by sending an email directly to info@balloondogapparel.com 

Please note

  • You have 10 days from receiving your item to notify us of a suspected fault.
  • When notifying us of a fault please send through clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue and a detailed description of the issue.
  • In some cases a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect. Because of this, we may request that you send the garment to us for further inspection and we reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty garment if we request to have the garment returned and you refuse.
  • If your garment has been confirmed by our team as a faulty garment due to manufacturing defect, we will offer your choice of an exchange, a store credit or a refund back to the payment method used to place the order.
  • It may take up to 5 business days from the confirmation that the item is faulty to either get the replacement products into production or apply the store credit to your account.

*** Please note that if, upon further inspection, we reasonably determine that the product is not faulty, or has been damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will deny your return and send the product back to you at our cost.

  • Shipping services from my country to Australia are not available
  • Shipping costs from my country to Australia are so high it prohibits me from returning the items.
