Shipping policy

At Balloon Dog Apparel our goal is to offer you the best shipping option available. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. To make things simple any order over $100USD shipping is free and any order under $100USD the shipping fee is $5USD

All of our designs including clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery and home wares etc are custom made to order. In order to provide such a variety of cool unique items we need to work with several manufacturers all over the world.

Your items are sent to production after your order is paid for, usually within 24 hours. Production times for our funky designs range from 3 - 7 days depending on the complexity and size of the item. Please note this time may be affected by public holidays in the country of production.

Your items are then shipped directly from our manufacturers to you to reduce transit times. We want to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible and also give you the added security to track your order. Shipping times average between 13 - 20 days but can take longer depending on the time of the year and your location.

Because we work with several different manufacturers your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please be aware if you live in a country that requires you to pay customs fees or import taxes that we are not responsible for any fees related to the acceptance of your package. 

We are working hard to make sure you get your items as fast as possible but please allow 4-5 weeks to receive your package. That way when they arrive earlier it's even more exciting!
