1 - Get your favourite fitting button up suit jacket and lay it flat on a table. 
2 - Measure across the suit jacket just under the arm pits
3 - Double that measurement to get the all round bust measurement.
4 - Compare that measurement it to the sizing guide to choose your perfect fit.
5 - Check the shoulder width, length and sleeve measurements as per the sizing guide also
